Oyster Venture Partners is on track to be a next
generation advisory firm that supports life science,
healthcare and digital health companies with
their capital raising and exit strategies.
Our first-hand experience in these sectors have enabled us to establish a new approach to fund raising that provides the necessary sector and transaction skillsets required for these cutting edge sectors. Further, we have developed a proprietary data set of the global investor which we believe will provide wider and faster access to capital.
Our mission is to support companies in preparing, connecting and raising capital from a global pre-validated pool of investors, whose sector experience and expertise will improve funding success rates and provide much needed support to entrepreneurs and their mission to make an impact in healthcare.
We are also in the process of developing a partnership network of complimentary firms that can provide our clients with crucial day to day business support. These include legal, accounting, marketing, communications, IT, organisation and regulatory support services.
